Shipping policy
Preorder Shipping is 14 Business Days. Please allow up to 14 business days after your order is confirmed to receive your order.
Please note, business days does not include weekends or holidays. (Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays). Order processing begins once ID Verification is completed. ID Verification must be completed within 24-48 hours. Your name on your order must match what is on your ID this is to keep down confusion for disputes. If ID verification is not completed within 24-48 hours your order will be cancelled and refunded.
Tracking information will be sent to you after your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing. Once your tracking number is received, track your order using usps tracking system.
After USPS receives your order we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging. Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Make sure your shipping address at checkout is correct on your order this is your responsibility to make sure all your information on your order is correct.
